HOW DO I RETURN THE PRODUCTS I BOUGHT?

You can return a product you bought from bressaonline.com for free within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.

The product/products you want to return to should be undamaged and unused and sent in their original packaging.

Products that have not been placed in the cargo bag or whose box has been taped and damaged cannot be returned.

REFUND OPTIONS

For returns, our customer should contact Bressa. Our company will inform our customer which cargo to give the product to.

In return transactions, shipping and customs fees belong to the customer. You can contact Bressa for information.


REMINDER: The responsibility of the products sent by different shipping companies belongs to the ordering party. If you prefer a different shipping company, you will need to cover the shipping fee.

Return to Bressa store

Return information will be submitted to our headquarters, and refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used while purchasing the product.

When the product purchased from the store is requested to be returned, if the payment is made by credit card, it is necessary for you to come to the store with the card slip and the credit card used in the purchasing process. For the refund of purchases made by credit/debit card, payment to Bressa is refunded to the card received within 15 days at the latest. Depending on the bank, the period of reflection of the refund amount on the card may vary.

There is no refund from the store for the product or products received from the website.

TERMS OF RETURN

  • Returned products must be undamaged and unused in their original packaging.
  • The terms of a campaign are valid during the campaign period.
  • The products you have purchased on www.bressaonline.com are not refundable if they are exchanged in the store.
  • Products sent to our stores anonymously / without request will not be processed in accordance with the return procedure. Please make sure that your product has reached the Bressa Product Control Center.
  • Returns that have been checked and not approved by our Product Control Team will be returned to the sender at cash on delivery.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT?

The exchange of the products you bought from bressaonline.com and our stores can be done within 30 days at our stores.

The product/products you want to change must be undamaged, unused in the original packaging.

Do not forget to bring your invoice for the exchange process.
